Brajesh Kumar Sharma

Recognizing his leadership potential, Brajesh transitioned into the role of Project Manager and eventually Delivery Manager. This marked a significant shift from hands-on technical work to overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects. In these roles, he focused on streamlining delivery processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects were executed efficiently across various teams. His ability to balance client needs with internal capabilities enabled him to consistently deliver high-quality projects within budget and deadlines.
With his extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and international teams, Brajesh moved into the position of Global Delivery Manager. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the global delivery of services, managing cross-functional teams spread across different regions, and driving the growth and profitability of the business. His strategic focus on operational efficiency, risk management, and resource optimization was key in scaling the business to new heights.
Brajesh’s deep technical expertise, combined with his experience in managing complex projects and delivery, paved the way for his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO, he took charge of the company’s technological vision and strategy. His role involved setting the direction for innovation, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring that the company’s technical solutions aligned with business objectives. He led teams in developing cutting-edge products and services that kept the company competitive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
